Hello, I'm Kait Naylor, a stage manager from Cincinnati, Ohio. My personal stage management style is people-forward. I strive to make connections and maintain a positive work environment. I have been described as the "glue" of the team by uniting everyone through hard work and laughter. I am attending The College-Conservatory of Music at the University of Cincinnati and studying Stage Management & Communication. 

​Outside of theater, I am a member of the Delta Zeta chapter of Phi Mu Fraternity, work as a barista, and enjoy hanging out with friends, reading, walking, seeing live entertainment, and thrifting.

At present, I am an Assistant Event Manager for "Moveable Feast" at The University of Cincinnati: College Conservatory of Music
